Today’s real wedding from photographer Angelika Dupuis shows us how a wedding can be so incredibly touching and meaningful when kept simple and classic… and with just a handful of people. This Winterthur civil ceremony features a very chic bride and some exquisite portraits in the garden of Villa Lindengut. Keep scrolling for some serious micro-wedding inspiration!

The venue for this Winterthur civil ceremony is Villa Lindengut. Towards the end of the 18th century, the villa was built by the entrepreneur Johann Sebastian Clais and was one of the first houses outside the gates of Winterthur. Today, Villa Lindengut serves as the venue for civil ceremonies in Winterthur. As you can see, the couple said their “I do’s” in the Villa’s beautiful wedding room with their closest friends and family in attendance. The wedding room is not only lovely but historic, decorated with old painted wall panels from local town houses.
Afterwards, they enjoyed a portrait session with Angelika in the lovely, inviting park surrounding the Villa. The park is known as the “Bird Park” because of the large aviaries located around the park. The bride wore a stunning, chic dress by Bespoke Atelier with a hat from Lana Anisimova Studio. She looked so stylish, don’t you think? Blumen Müller Winterthur created a simple, yet elegant, bridal bouquet that fit the occasion perfectly.
Villa Lindengut is full of breathtaking backdrops which are perfect for this couple’s portraits as husband and wife. These two look thrilled, and I’m so happy to feature these special moments captured by Angelika!
